Submissions will be evaluated by a judging panel composed of federal employees from across BARDA and other government agencies.
Submission evaluation may include the use of contractor consultants or subject matter experts (SMEs), who will make recommendations to the judging panel. Where appropriate, the Government will employ non-disclosure agreements to protect information. An entrant’s submission at any stage under the Patch Forward Prize indicates concurrence with the aforementioned use of contractors and SMEs.
